In 2011 Gayle Dillman created Gable Music Ventures, as a platform for developing artists to perform original music. With a background in event production thanks to her efforts as a board member for Children and Families First, Gayle found a niche creating signature music events including The Ladybug Music Festival, Fortify Festival, Smyrna at Night and more. Gayle is a recipient of a Jefferson Award for her work with Children and Families First, recognized as one of Delaware Today’s Women in Business in 2015, recipient of the 2019 Women Who Rock award.
