Ariel Gruswitz, J.D., entered the economic development field after a 15+ year career in law, policy, and advocacy. She earned a J.D. from the University of Maryland Law School and a B.A. from the University of Virginia. In addition to several years of practicing law, Ariel spent over a decade in agriculture biotechnology doing a mix of regulatory/government affairs and public relations. Since 2018, as Director of Innovation at the Delaware Prosperity Partnership, she has focused on strengthening the high-tech entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem in Delaware as part of its economic development strategy.
