The Emerging Enterprise Center is a business incubator and accelerator is an initiative of New Castle County Chamber of Commerce that offers 5000 sq. ft. of affordable office, conference and co-working space, business training, mentorship and networking opportunities to help start-ups grow and succeed.

Businesses that have been through our incubator have created over 989 new jobs.
